Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs of chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup (at least!) Huy Fong Sriracha
  • 12 oz. beer (IPA Recommended)
  • 3 Garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbl Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flake
  • 3 Tbl Brown Sugar
Directions:
  1. Up to 24 hours before grilling and serving, boil or steam the wings in water until they are just about cooked through.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then toss wings and let marinate until ready to grill.
  3. Preheat grill on Medium, then put wings directly on heat.
  4. While the wings are grilling, place marinade in a sauce-pan and heat until reduced by half.
  5. Just before wings are done, dip them in the sauce and place back on grill to caramelize.
