We have a super tasty recipe that you can whip together at any point of the day. No one only eats eggs for breakfast anymore, right?

Thanks to our friends at Just Egg Bites for the recipe..

Ingredients:

  1. 6 medium sized eggs.
  2. 1/4 cup Huy Fong Sriracha sauce.
  3. 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

  1. Crack the eggs into a blender. Add Sriracha sauce and cheese.
  2. Blend for about a minute.
  3. Pour into molds. Silicon if using a pressure cooker or a good old fashioned cupcake pan will do the trick.
  4. Set pressure cooker to 10 minutes. If using cupcake pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease cupcake pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with toast, avocado, and additional Sriracha.
