Nom Alert: Sriracha Deviled Eggs

We've never met a person who doesn't like deviled eggs. We've also never met a person who doesn't love Sriracha.

We have a feeling this one will be a hit...

Ingredients Instructions
  1. Place eggs in a saucepan filled with cold water, and cover. Bring to a boil for 12 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and and cool in refrigerator, or run under cold water for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove egg yolks and place into a bowl, and place egg whites on a separate plate.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayo with plenty of Sriracha.
  6. Add Sriracha-mayo, mustard, relish and salt and pepper, to taste, to yolks, and continue to mix together with a fork or spoon until smooth.
  7. If available, use a large star tip and resealable plastic bag, pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg. Use enough to fill yolk holes entirely. If not star tip isn't handy, you can use a spoon to do this.
  8. Add tops with a few more drops of Sriracha.
  9. Refrigerate, and serve once cold!
